Logo, CI – Association of Cultural Treasures and Monuments
The Kulturgüterverein (“Association of Cultural Treasures and Monuments”) of Klausen / Chiusa was founded in 1998 as a voluntary association. According to its articles, it has the following objectives:
Carrying out initiatives, studies, and exhibitions concerning town history, its cultural monuments, and sites of natural beauty. Use of restored rooms for cultural purposes, e.g. concerts, lectures, exhibitions, congresses, etc. To increase the awareness of the populace for the history of the old part of town and for its historical monuments. Presenting the historical center of town for inhabitants and visitors (city guided tours, tours of individual places of interest, theme-based tours, Cultural Guide, QR – Codes) Restoring small works of art (grave markers, monuments, chapels, shrines, etc.).
